Verhoeven Vastgoed is looking for an enthusiastic and driven Marketing Specialist for 16 hours per week. This is a new position within our fast-growing international company specializing in temporary housing. As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing all marketing activities within our company, playing a crucial role in the further growth and visibility of our organization.

Job Description:

In this role, you will work closely with the management team and be responsible for creating and implementing marketing strategies, both online and offline. You will develop campaigns, manage our online presence, and contribute to the branding of Verhoeven Vastgoed. Additionally, you will conduct market research, analyze trends and results, and provide advice on how we can strengthen our brand further.

What You Will Do:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Manage the website and social media channels.
• Analyze the results of marketing campaigns and implement improvements.
• Create marketing materials such as brochures, newsletters, and advertisements.
• Conduct market research and monitor competitors.
• Maintain the brand identity and ensure consistent communication.

Requirements:

• A completed education in marketing or at least 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Fluent in Dutch, English, and German (C1 level).
• Experience in setting up and executing digital marketing campaigns.
• Knowledge of social media, SEO/SEA, and email marketing.
• Creative, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Strong communication skills and a hands-on mentality.
